Rather than continue operating within broken systems, he set out to build solutions.
As a self-taught software developer, Marcus spent the past year designing and engineering Mongle — a maintenance-first property management platform built around real operational workflows. By combining field experience with technical development, he created a multi-tenant SaaS system that streamlines service requests, technician coordination, and pricing logic.
Mongle was born directly from the real-world inefficiencies he encountered daily, with the goal of modernizing how property maintenance is managed at scale.
